Refund Policy

At Pimon, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔄 Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

  • Customized or final sale items are not eligible for refund.


📦 Return Process

  1. Email us at esupport@pimon.in with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.


💳 Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

  • Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery

  • Custom-made or personalized items
